Refund policy

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on headpieces.

We do not return for Change of Mind.  If you are planning on matching something with a Ready To Wear Piece, please arrange to have a swatch sent so it can be be a confirmed match.  All computer monitors and phones display colours slightly differently.

Every millinery piece is meticulously checked and inspected prior to being dispatched, and packaged very securely to avoid damage in transit.   Please note - we reserve the right to offer a repair first if there is damage in shipping prior to a refund option. 

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your headpiece, if the headpiece is damaged in transit.   

Returns freight:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a registered postal or courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Sale items:
All sale or discounted items are final. Returns, exchanges, and credits are not available on sale items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please note will not accept returns on pieces that are damaged from being worn.

If your return is accepted, we will advise the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
